Face Painting
Mandi Ilene uses only face paints with water-based, cosmetic grade makeup. Most of the time can be found working private celebrations in Orlando, FL and the surrounding areas.
Since face paint is very easy to customize for each party it is perfect for your next themed event as well.
Mandi has painted at birthdays, baby showers, sporting events, holiday parties, photoshoots, and festivals of all kinds around Lake County.

Booking Information
The rate is $75 an hour for a face painting party, one hour minimum farther than 15 miles (possible travel fee), minimum of two hours. Approximately 15-20 children can be painted in one hour.
Mandi would be happy to reserve her time for you with a 20% retainer fee to be sent at the time of booking.
Deposits can be sent in a check or paid via paypal. The balance is due on the day of service in cash, checks only accepted from companies.
I only use cosmetic makeup & glitter approved for use on the face and body.
Wolfe FX, Diamond FX & Amerikan Body Art
Rarely a child has a reaction to face paint, usually just a redness afterwards.
Face Painting is best for kids over 2 yrs old, as long as they are willing.

Makeup Safety Tips

“Non-Toxic” does not mean “safe for skin.” Acrylic craft paints are not meant to be used on the skin – nor are watercolor markers or pencils. Just because the package says "non-toxic" does not mean that it is safe to put on skin. Many people are allergic to the non-FDA approved chemicals and colorants used in craft paints (such as nickel), and will break out in a rash from these paints. Watercolor markers (or "washable markers") do not remove from skin easily – it can take days to get the stain removed. The "washable" part of the name refers to fabric, not skin. There are many brands of safe face paint readily available (Snazaroo, Wolfe FX, Paradise, Mehron, Kryolan, Diamond, and Ben Nye, for example) and they are not more expensive than craft paints since a little bit goes a very long way!

Metallic craft glitter should not be used for face painting. The only safe glitters for face painting are made of polyester, and should be .008 microns in size or smaller. That is the size that the FDA classifies as “cosmetic size” and safe for use on skin.
